Shipping Information
How much will shipping for my order be?
Because of the variable size of our products and the nature of Australia Post, it is not possible to give you an exact shipping cost at the time you checkout your shopping cart. The final shipping costs will be calculated when we send you your order confirmation email.
Unlike other shops we prefer not to set a "blanket" postage cost per item, as this often leads to overcharging. To ensure that you pay as little as possible for shipping, we calculate postage charges on an individual basis to ensure you obtain the most economical price. If you would like to get an idea of how much your shipping may be, Australia Post's online shipping calculator may be helpful.
We are happy to provide postage quotes before you order, but please ensure that you provide us with a list of the items you are interested in and the postcode destination, or else we cannot calculate the cost. Please bear in mind that items will not be held for you until you place your order.

Shipping within Australia:Orders are delivered within Australia via Australia Post, or by TNT Road Express courier (for some bulky shipments).
Postage charges are based on the weight and dimensions of your order, your postcode and any special packaging requirements.
Items are posted once we have received payment. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 days of payment (depending on the complexity of your parcel).
The following postage options are available:
1. Standard Post
- Products should be received within 1-2 weeks after we have received payment.
2. Express Post
- Products should be received within 5 business days of our receipt of payment.
- Trackable
- Costs more than standard post.
3. Registered Post
- For customers who want an added degree of security - trackable, requires a signature for delivery, and provides insurance up to $100.
- Costs an additional $2.50 per parcel.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any loss of or damage to items during postage. We make every effort to pack items securely and safely, but delivery issues are the responsibility of Australia Post. If you are concerned about loss or would like insurance, we recommend the registered post option.
4. Pick-up within the Melbourne CBD area
- Usually available during the day on weekends
- Pay for order by cash on delivery
- Service provided free of charge - we request that you be on time as our delivery staff volunteer their services.
- Pick up time and location for the week will be provided when we reply to your order.
- Pick ups each week are limited only to the times when our representatives are available. Please understand that as this is a free service, they prefer to meet as many customers as possible at the same time to make things as efficient and quick as possible. If you are unable to pick up your order at the specified time then we suggest you have your order mailed out to you instead.

International Shipping:International shipping is via Australia Post.
Postage charges are based on the weight of your order, any special packaging requirements and the country to which the order is being posted.
Items are posted after we receive your payment.
The following postage options are available:
1. First class airmail
- Products should be received within 1-3 weeks after we have received payment.
- Non-trackable.
2. First class airmail with insurance
- Provides insurance cover up to $100 in the case of non-delivery (insurance to higher values may be requested if Not available to some countries.
- Costs an additional $8.50 per parcel.
3. EMS
- Products should be received within 5-7 business days of our receipt of payment.
- Costs much more than first-class airmail - please be warned, this is a very expensive class of service!
- Trackable, signature required on delivery.

We make every effort to pack items securely and safely, but delivery issues are the responsibility of Australia Post and your own local postal service. If you are concerned about loss, we recommend either the insured post or EMS options. |
