How do I redeem my points for reward items?

Points reward items are only available to Tama-Gumi members.
First make sure you are logged into your Tama-Gumi account, then simply add the reward items you are redeeming to your shopping cart.
(Please make sure that you have enough points to redeem the item - your current total will be listed in your most recent "order shipped" email).

We will check your points total, deduct the appropriate amount and let you know once the item has been sent.
All points items are subject to availability.
